Back again for another meal, this time with a vegan in tow. Thought it may be difficult but no, a pasta meal, properly done and very tasty. Weloming atmosphere, friendly service and a quick turn around from order to food arrival. We’ll be back.
We were looking for somewhere for a beer or two on a snowy afternoon and walked past thinking our dog wouldn’t be welcome. Having bobbed our heads into The White Hart (not dog-friendly) they recommended Al Forno and sure enough we spent an hour with our well behaved dog in the bar. Lovely chatty lady too!
The lovely waiters ( sorry didn’t remember her name but she’s working there whilst at university ) allowed us to brim our dog in . Food was just what we wanted , fresh and typically Italian . Would go again .
Ate here 2 nights while staying in Sedbergh. Very pleasant staff, nice surroundings and very tasty food. It was quiet the nights we were in but wasn’t unpleasant in any way. Would recommend a visit if you’re in the area.
Lively restaurant with warm, friendly, service. Delicious food. Able to accommodate a gluten-free diner easily. Nice lighting/décor – casually upscale. A great choice! We need those carbs for walking energy!
I frequently visit Al Forno and have always received outstanding service. The food is freshly made and delicious. A great menu! Fantastic for lunch, dinner or even just a coffee. Takeout pizza also available! I’ll definitely be back again!
Stopped in for an evening meal and had great food and great service. The wine was excellent and my pasta was perfect and I had added the spicy sausages. The rest of the party had pizzas which they all agreed were spot on.
