We want to assure our customers that we have taken the guidelines and all requirements to prevent the spread of the virus, very seriously.
There are many extra hygiene procedures in place and cleaning & sanitising will be done meticulously throughout service.
Staff will be minimal and they will be restricted to zones. The kitchen is off limits to staff and will be chefs only.
ALL STAFF have completed or renewed a level 2 food hygiene certificate and Covid-19 awareness for Hospitality course.
A one way system will be in place from the entrance of Main Street, the exit will be from the side door into the alley. This system will be marked with arrows and signs.
Please use hand sanitisers will be placed at entrance and toilets.
Only the same household, two households at a time or supports bubbles will be able to sit together. We have the track and trace app at the door. For those who do not have the app, names, contact numbers and addresses of all customers will be requested once seated and kept on record for 21 days.
This is in order to comply with the track and trace regulation. All data will be stored securely under the data protection act.
We are sticking to the 2 meter rule for now, instead of 1 meter, as a safety measure until we all become used to the new systems. This is to protect our customers and staff. This means the loss of half of our tables so as a temporary measure we will be assigning 2 hour slots for bookings. We love our usual way of ‘you book a table and it is yours for the evening’, however if we are to overcome this difficult time we must assign slots so that more customers can enjoy our restaurant in a safe way and we can make up the loss.
Tables, chairs and any touch points will be thoroughly sterilised after every booking.
We highly recommend booking in advance as the slots fill up very fast. Walk ins will be accommodated where possible.
Please call to book on 015396 34040 or message the Facebook page. We will accommodate as best we can although availability may vary at this time.
Unfortunately we will not be allowing casual drinkers in at this time, although we are hoping to organise a casual drinkers, seated, pint and snack afternoon very soon.
Please cancel your booking immediately of any of your household is unwell.
We really hope that we get to see all of our lovely regulars again and many new faces too.
See you soon and look out for our updates!
